Channeling the passion and strength of civil rights icon Martin Luther King Jr., a small group of Jersey City students performed flawlessly at the 29th annually Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Oratory Contest finals at City Hall Wednesday.
Vihaan Mahajan, a fourth grader at Jotham Wakeman School No. 6 J W Wakeman School PS 6 was selected as the winner in the grades 3-5 category.
Kira Honmabe, a fourth grader from PS#16 was third.
